01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions that apply to your use of the 777gam platform, accessible at 777gam.onl ("the Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777gam ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Please read every section carefully.

By creating a 777gam account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the Platform — including Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games, Game Lobby and Betting — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any specific terms stated for individual promotions, bonuses or the VIP programme. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open a 777gam account and access any real-money features of the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults only and we take age verification seriously. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address and any other details requested during account opening or subsequent verification.
• Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period, either from 777gam directly or from any gaming self-exclusion scheme you have enrolled in.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment methods used to deposit funds into your 777gam account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

777gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and verification of the payment methods linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact information, address or payment details change, update your account promptly. 777gam is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals caused by outdated account information.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances at 777gam are held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 777gam on standard deposits made through supported local payment methods.

Supported Deposit Methods

777gam currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers via the JazzCash app or USSD
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers via the Easypaisa app
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via the Raast network
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit & Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet platforms as listed in the Cashier section of your account

Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance upon confirmed receipt. Standard deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

777gam does not accept deposits made by third parties. The name on the payment method used must match the name on your 777gam account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 777gam are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. If a return to the original method is not available, 777gam may request alternative verified payment details.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing timelines vary based on your VIP tier and the payment method selected:

• Bronze & Silver: Standard processing queue — typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days
• Gold: Priority queue — typically processed within 12–24 hours
• Platinum: Same-day processing for requests submitted during business hours
• Diamond: Near-instant transfer initiation to your nominated payment method

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. If your account has not been fully verified at the time of a withdrawal request, we may place the withdrawal on hold pending submission and review of your identity documents. This is to protect your account and comply with standard platform security procedures.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. 777gam reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments in accordance with internal payment processing limits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

777gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the full requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated per promotion.
• Only one welcome or new-player bonus is available per person, household, device and IP address.
• 777gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already claimed remain subject to the terms in place at the time of the claim.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns or coordinating play with other accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.

06 VIP Programme

The 777gam VIP programme operates across all sections of the Platform — Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games, Game Lobby and Betting. VIP points accumulate on every PKR bet placed, regardless of which section the bet is placed in.

Tier Structure

The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative points earned within the relevant qualification period. Current tier thresholds and associated benefits are displayed on the VIP page.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding seven-day period and credited to your PKR balance at the start of each week. Cashback is applied at your current tier's rate at the time of calculation. The cashback amount credited to your balance is available for immediate use without additional wagering conditions.

VIP Programme General Rules

• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts.
• Tier status may be reviewed periodically. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier in line with the programme's maintenance criteria.
• 777gam reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits. Players will be notified of material changes in advance where possible.
• VIP programme benefits are for the account holder's personal use only and cannot be gifted, sold or transferred.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The 777gam Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments), Football, Esports and other markets as made available on the Platform. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules.

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit function for that market. Bets placed after an event has started (unless in-play betting is offered) may be void.

Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body. For cricket, PSL and T20 fixtures are settled based on results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international cricket authority. In the event of a result being reversed after initial settlement (for example due to a successful appeal or official amendment), 777gam reserves the right to re-settle the affected bets accordingly.

Abandoned & Void Events

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play for settlement has been completed, affected bets will generally be voided and the stake returned to your balance. Specific rules for minimum play vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the Betting section.

• For T20 cricket: a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed for match result markets to be settled.
• For PSL fixtures: settlement follows official PCB/PSL rulings on match results and award of points.
• For Football: a match must reach 90 minutes of play (including injury time) for standard full-time result markets to be settled, unless otherwise stated.

777gam reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, corruption, match-fixing or an obvious pricing error in the displayed odds.

08 Casino, Live Casino & Fish Games

All Casino, Live Casino and Fish Games content available at 777gam is provided by third-party game suppliers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and payout structures are governed by the individual game's rules as supplied by the provider. These are accessible within each game's help or information section.

Technical malfunctions void all related play and winnings. If a game disconnects mid-round due to a connection issue on your end, the round will generally be completed or voided according to the game provider's technical protocols. 777gam is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Live Casino sessions stream in real time. In the event of a stream interruption, open rounds will be settled based on the recorded game state at the point of the interruption where technically possible.

09 Account Security & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777gam login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• 777gam will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive a request claiming to be from 777gam asking for your password, treat it as unauthorised and report it to support immediately.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 777gam account. Do not reuse passwords from other online accounts.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 777gam support team immediately and change your password as quickly as possible.
• 777gam is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, unless the breach was caused by negligence on the part of 777gam.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777gam Platform and will result in account suspension, closure, voiding of balances and bets, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account per person for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using someone else's identity or payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, use of automated systems, or patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in Casino, Live Casino or Fish Games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 777gam applies standard anti-money laundering checks and reserves the right to freeze and report suspicious activity.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any software that interferes with fair game play.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after legitimately using Platform funds.

11 Responsible Gaming

777gam is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings not yet realised.
• Technical interruptions, downtime or game malfunctions caused by third-party providers or infrastructure outside of 777gam's direct control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment network.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security as set out in Section 9.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

777gam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and where you have opted in, send you information about promotions and Platform updates. Your data is never sold to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

14 Changes to These Terms

777gam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a notification on the Platform before the changes take effect, where reasonably possible.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
